IHT Road Safety Conference - Actions Speak Louder than Words: Implementing 'A Safer Way'
The Department for Transport's consultation entitled 'A Safer Way: Making Britain's Roads the Safest in the World' proposed a number of measures to reduce road casualties on Britain's roads. This conference will explore through presentations practical ways in which the recommendations contained in 'A Safer Way' can be implemented by highway authorities and their partners.

This International Co-operation on Theories and Concepts in Traffic Safety (ICTCT) course will cover road safety research areas, knowledge of research approaches in other fields of investigation, and examples of inter-disciplinary research work.
