Ally Pally bike show a huge success

Hillingdon's Junior Road Safety Officers thanked

LRSU recently supported a Junior Road Safety Officers Presentation Day at Uxbridge Civic Centre. The event, which was attended by Hillingdon's Mayor and road safety team, formally thanked the young JRSOs for their hard work in promoting road safety at their schools. All pupils, along with their teachers, received a certificate of thanks.

'In a Flash' - coming soon!

A hard-hitting, online resource for post-16 pupils will go live on the LSCP's web site on March 8th. The resource is based around a film and considers the social, emotional and financial consequences of speeding. Post-16 schools and colleges were contacted in February to make them aware of the resource launch.

BikeSafe-London attends national motorcycle show at Excel

The BikeSafe-London stand was jam-packed with visitors at the highly popular national motorcycle show: 35,000 people attended over four days.

LRSU and the Met Police used the opportunity to promote BikeSafe rider skills days, which are delivered by the Police and subsidised by TfL. Over 750 sign-ups were completed.

Drama educates school pupils

LRSU's Theatre in Education is currently touring primary and secondary schools in various London boroughs. 'The Price', 'Wasted' and 'Now You See Me, Now You Don't' have proved to be highly successful programmes.
