Her Majesty's Courts Service

The HMCS is responsible for all magistrates courts within the M25 boundary. It is also responsible for the processing and payment of fines relating to speeding and red light running offences.

Prior to April 2005, the HMCS was known as the Greater London Magistrates Courts Authority (GLMCA).
